Additionally, on the rare occasion when one or more of my proxies don’t work at the moment, they always send an email informing me about it, and offering a replacement if I want one. And on the even rarer occasion where they have to change one or more proxies for me, they inform me with which proxies have been changed and what my new proxies are.
